Sunday's Favorite Things

One of the new found joys in my life is the Food Network.

Watching others cook inspires me to cook more, new and different. Long gone are the days of a simple gal heating up a frozen pizza in the oven, and enter a woman who makes roasted chicken with a Guinness and honey reduction sauce.

If you have yet to see it, I must recommend Iron Chef America. If you don't enjoy cooking, just simply watch for the entertainment of the Chairman introducing the 'secret ingredient'.

This video has caused Mr Big and I to randomly shout out ingredients with massive inflection. Such as me sitting across the table, looking over at him and saying "the secret ingredient is.....LLLLOOOOOOOOOOOVE!"

I don't have TV... boo!!
But once I do have it someday, I will so watch cooking shows. You're right- they're very inspiring. I need to get off my pizza and mac and cheese diet!!

Hope you and Mr. Big had an awesome weekend!

Food Network is the #1 reason I miss paying for cable TV. *cry* I just can't justify spending $80+ dollars a month to watch ONE channel (maybe two...I like the Discovery channel too)
